Do you like to work at the interface between Business and IT? Do you understand products and processes in the financial market? Preferably in the field of insurance or pensions? Can you translate these into requirements for architecture or IT systems?
What are you going to do?
As an experienced Business and Information Analyst, you help our customers devise new products/services and convert them into epics and user stories so that the Scrum teams can realize them. You then have the role of Product Owner or Business Analyst in the Scrum team. You are involved in developing new business initiatives. You find out the needs, requirements and wishes, prepare business cases and work out the user stories and use case for the Scrum Team in a structured way. In addition, you are the conscience of the business when it comes to estimating changes and you bring the necessary technical knowledge with you.
What are you bringing?
You are curious and analytical by nature. You know how to enthuse others, you have good communication skills and you are a real team player. You understand the insurance and/or pension market and you know enough about IT to be able to communicate with developers and to technically interpret changes. In addition, you have:
- A relevant HBO or WO education (Informatics, Information Science or Business Administration);
- 4-6 years of work experience in a similar position in an IT environment as Business and/or Information Analyst
- Experience with development in Scrum methodology and working in Agile teams;
- Experience in drafting user cases, user stories
- Experience and domain knowledge in the insurance and/or pension market
- Insight into and experience with technical architecture surrounding CRM/Polis solutions
