For our fast-growing Conversational AI team, we are looking for an AI Consultant who knows (almost) everything about AI, and in particular NLP.

Your role in our team

As an AI Consultant with specialization in NLP (Natural Language Processing), you are the expert who can help our customers improve their business processes using advanced AI techniques. In our team of Conversational AI specialists, you are responsible for designing, implementing and managing NLP models and algorithms.

Our team is very diverse and consists of:

• People with a background in CX, UX and Customer Service
• Linguists and psychologists with expertise in chatbots
• Full-Stack developers

How you strengthen our team

In our team of Conversational AI specialists you are responsible for designing, implementing and managing NLP models and NLP algorithms.

You bring:

• In-depth knowledge of AI and NLP, preferably with a master's degree in this field
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing NLP and machine learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Your tasks will include:

• Developing NLP models and NLP algorithms
• Analysis of unstructured textual datasets and application of computational linguistics
• Training, testing and fine-tuning AI models to optimize business processes
• Collaborating with other Conversational AI specialists and customers
• Communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders

As a Senior AI/NLP Consultant you will work at the Insurance unit within the Financial Services sector. The financial world is in full swing.
