You have a passion for data and innovation. You are naturally curious, proactive and easily win over others to your ideas. You are also active in knowledge sharing and development within your field and you have demonstrable consultancy skills. You have a natural tendency to want to understand what influences an issue, even before you have looked at the data. You also have:

• A completed university education, preferably in a business-related domain (mechanical engineering, chemistry, etc.);
• Relevant education and training in the field of advanced analytics, AI, ML, Data Science;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a data scientist in an operational environment comparable to a production environment;
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Big Data concepts and technologies such as SAS (preferred), R and/or Python;
• Knowledge in the field of Agile working methods;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
