Job Purpose
As a Junior Product Manager reporting to the Senior Director for MSAT and Quality D&A team you will be aligned to a Senior Product Manager to own/manage D&A products within their portfolio with their support and oversight. This will include the GxP-validated statistical tools that make up our self-service statistics offering. The Senior Product Manager will mentor and assist you in your tasks, ensuring your professional growth.
Acting as the bridge between the business functions and GSK’s Digital & Technology teams, you will work closely with business leads, especially in the statistical community to understand and anticipate their needs. You will also work closely with other D&A Product Managers, data/tech specialists (including platform and application support), procurement and external vendors to ensure the needs of the statistical community are met today and into the future.
Day-to-day you will use your business domain, product management and general tech expertise to manage relationships with customers, vendors and other key stakeholders, to ensure ongoing compliance of your products, to drive performance of product support and to maintain the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing an annual budgetary spend as you work with up to 5 third-party data/tech specialists.
The statistical tools currently in-scope of this role include Statistica, Design Expert, Simca and Spotfire.
