Job Description

Leads and continually improves the end-to-end service delivery for a service or critical business process on a regional or global level or for a small application platform. Has a clear understanding of the service and business and ensures that the support model and other operational requirements such as SLAs and OLAs with customers and partners meets the customer expectations. Delivers operational excellence through demonstrating different practices such as ITIL and SRE. Continuously looks for opportunities to drive efficiencies through standardization, automation and simplification. Is responsible for crisis management activities for sophisticated, complex and high impact outages. Accountable for all aspects of service delivery including overall quality of service, service transition, vendor management and service level management.

On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to:

  • Lead digital team operations and ensure compliance and operational key performance indicators are met
  • Lead deployment and review digital technology is consistent within the company technology standards
  • Accountable for digital operational results to the plant leadership and engineering teams
  • Define new technology and processes at the plant that address needs and can be deployed on a global scale
  • Deliver technology operational excellence and remove all losses and barriers to deliver superb operations
  • Apply ITIL, project management, engineering, cyber security and leadership skills across different teams to build plans, solve problems, and deliver results
  • Create and deliver site digital master plan while building differentiating business models and a secure operations environment using the latest IT processes and innovation
  • Address operational incidents and problems for digital manufacturing and distribution technology
  • Build organizational and interpersonal capability while delivering upskilling initiatives for digital technology

We are looking for someone with experience in manufacturing or supply chain technologies and systems. A strong leader with the ability to work efficiently in a 'start-up' type environment. An authority with knowledge in network operations or application management. A graduate of BS or MS/MBA in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics (or like degree or equivalent experience). It is also preferred to have industry certifications including but not limited to; ITIL V4, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PMP, etc.
