FemCare R&D Data Scientist

Join the highly motivated Femcare team and work in fast growing business impact area on Data and Data Analytics, then guide/assist critical business decision.

The individual guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational Data & Modeling Sciences understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application. Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to gain exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work.?

Work with Mainline Ultra Pad Platform, partner with PRPD and multi-functional team, conduct C2P2T analysis, bring product/package insight to model-based innovation.

Qualifications

The job requires a combinations of digital technical skills like advanced data analytics, modeling, programing , as well as business skills like business understanding, collaboration, leadership, and communication.

1. business knowledge: understand R&D work process and product/package innovation process. strong collaboration and communication skill. With Femcare background will be a plus.
2. strong knowledge or passion on data & data analytics. have experience of using python, or R to clean the dataset, create model, and conduct analysis. Passion to continue learning and grow in data analytic field.
3. understand data structure and schema, have basic knowledge of SQL
4. utilizing data visualization for communication with project partners, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc
5. understand cloud computing and tools will be a plus, for example Azure Data Factory, databricks, etc
