Then join P&G as an IT Innovation Intern! Through your internship, you will have many opportunities to influence design, build, implementation, and future supportability of new automation services. You will build your Automation skills, develop your ability to influence and think strategically and learn how to work across domains and functions to make the My P&G Services Compensation & Benefits organization more performant and more resilient.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

• Influence decisions made across functions, at all levels of leadership, to have a meaningful impact on the performance, resiliency of processes in one of the largest CPG companies in the world.
• Build the next generation of My P&G Services employee-centric services using modeling techniques: decision analysis, optimization, simulation, machine learning, predictive modeling, and also technologies like BluePrism and Abby etc.;
• Work with internal and external technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, automated solutions
• Communicate insights from your analysis into simple conclusions that will empower others to act based on the insights you derive.
• Belong to a multi-cultural & global organization (My P&G Services Compensation & Benefits) that operates delivers services to all P&G’s employees.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:

• Are currently studying a Master's degree in a quantitative degree (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Decisions Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics etc.);
• Have strong analytical skills and demonstrated experiences with technologies like Blue Prism and Abby etc. or family of techniques (optimization, simulation, machine learning, predictive modeling etc.);
• Have had proven successes in leadership and priority setting as well as problem solving;
• Are able to derive insights from data and optimally communicate those insights to drive action;
• Have excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams;
• Are proficient in English.
