Job Description
The aim of this role is to develop and create the phyton code to replicate the CTS reporting, Being the Point of Contact between business and technology teams such as troubleshooting data or performance issues. Leading the cost-to-serve reporting LATAM agenda through guarantee the delivery and response times stablished with the market.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to create a Cost-to-Serve Analysis; Extract data to build the analysis and share with Finance and Sales teams
- Ensure required cost data and supporting documents are prepared timely, accurately and are following solicitation.
- Responsible to Create and Run reporting track for Productivity Execution, and dynamo team
- Able to optimize process by leveraging best practices.
- Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Python and SQL is required
- Proficient on creating dynamics Dashboards and Reports (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.) is required
- Advance English is a must
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
- Must be collaborative team player
