Job Description
Accountable for, with the guidance of FTS SPLs, delivering the statistical modeling, reporting and analytics, for Demand Planning (DP) and demand sensing (DS). This role reports to the SPL for DP's modeling and demand sensing components and processes and provides business knowledge to enable common, global processes, data, reporting and analytics and supports the delivery of Enterprise First solution capabilities across all FLNA Go-To-Market solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the SPL (Agile) for the solutions being delivered within the end to end process
- Work with SMEs to support the design of end-to-end process models and supporting ERP solution and data structures
- Provide the program teams with business knowledge necessary to enable common, global business processes, data, reporting and analytics
- Support completion of key project activities in collaboration with the IT Solution Architects and business partner leaders (4 in a box). Act as an advocate of change
- Understand process interdependencies and help ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams
- Collaborate with SPLs and GPLs and VSLs (Value Stream Leads) on issue resolution and process design recommendation. Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process choice points to SPL and GPL.
- Support ensuring successful SAS integration, working with IT and IBM Partners
- Support ensuring solution quality at go-live while also working to improve IBP solution quality for future use
- Support delivering desired DP and DS reporting and analytics for the project

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Experience in Demand Planning applications in planning and scheduling processes
- Willing to challenge the status quo and ask difficult questions to drive for optimum solutions and outcomes
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others
- Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices
- Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences
- Effective communicator, both written and oral
- Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines
- Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn
- Working knowledge with SQL and Power BI
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Statistical Modeling for Demand Planning and exposure to demand sensing activities
- Experienced with demand planning modeling across multiple lines of business and markets
- Familiar with trade promotion management, as well as master data needed for demand planning processes
- Experience with sales, trade promotion management and supply chain processes
- Experience in cross-functional roles preferred
- Working knowledge with Python
