Job Description

Which is the main objective of this role?
Execute Customer and Market Analytics agenda within Joy Ecosystem and embedding them in Business process, executing strategies and resources periodization through advanced statistical techniques. Connecting and integrating Insights to evolve PepsiCo portfolio offering and attend the needs of our Customers, Consumers, Shoppers and competitors, maximizing growth, ROI while capitalizing SOM, bringing the MOST valuable information for optimal decision making.

What will you be doing?

• Execute the Advanced Analytics agenda for Joy customer discovering new business opportunities delivering strategic avenues
• Identify, assess, and visualize key market opportunities and drivers for PepsiCo's Categories, as a growth catalyst to prioritize and enable new initiatives through Joy
• Identify and proposed new statistical methodologies and best practices to have actionable insights that enable decision making for consumer strategies
• Be able to create high value automated dashboard for decision making
• Serve as the Analytics Leader that understands the Customer behavior to bring valuable insight ahead of planning development
• Decision making for strategies with the purpose of solving complex business opportunities
• Work as an agent focused on ensuring technology and processes align within the business (MVP, Releases, PI's)

Qualifications/Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics
• Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in statistical models. Database management and programming capabilities. 3 - 5 year experience in CPG companies developing sales strategies, market opportunities capitalization, new business models development, Customer & Market insights skills, inspirational story telling.
• English: 100% Oral and written
• Tools: Programming capabilities, and Statistical and big volume data software management (SPSS, SAS, R/RStudio, Visual Basic, C++, JMP, Advisor, Microstrategy) Visualization Software (Tableau, Quickview) and Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
