Duties: Work with the larger PepsiCo organization to analyze large datasets such as receipts, POS sales, internal/external promotions data and develop custom machine learning models and algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Perform statistical analysis across diverse datasets to drive and measure sales and marketing performance. Partner with technical groups, such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to develop scalable tools to drive automation and optimize business operations. Provide critical thought leadership to enhance organizational capabilities by utilizing a variety of data sets, and work with business stakeholders to identify and execute on opportunities for enhancement. Work with PepsiCo’s strategic partners to expand their technical capabilities, thereby enhancing data-driven projects and creating a robust data environment. Drive the use of the in-house developed toolsets and also focus on potential applications within the organization.
