The Role:

This role is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of the talent engine fueling a high growth organization that is radically changing the biotech industry. The User Data Analyst Intern will be a key contributor to convert Moderna End User data into actionable strategic insight. As a member of the program management pillar in Digital Empowerment this role will require both strong intellectual agility and hands-on technical skill. The anticipated time frame for this assignment is 5 months.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Leveraging innovative methods and technologies to identify and solve problems related to performance, cloud first & user satisfaction
• Define business problems through data analysis, extracting key insights driving action plans
• Build the real-time scalable visualizations to meet specific business needs and their satisfaction, monitoring returning visitors and value
• Develop & Implement Artificial Intelligent use cases to advance autonomous predictions & recommendations based on available data
• Contribute to digital best practice sharing aiming at educating users and advancing Moderna digital maturity
• Partner with Data & Analytics team to ensure long term sustainability of new solutions

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Pursuing a degree in computer science, data analytics and/or Artificial Intelligence
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization & machine learning experience
• Awareness of Biotech ways of working and an open customer centric mindset
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills to support storytelling & narratives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills REQUIRED
• Tableau & Dataiku experience a PLUS.
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and result oriented
