Job Description

Develop and implement application on generative large language models such as GPT4, Claude, Llama and their derivatives, ensuring they meet business requirements. • Customize and fine-tune LLMs for application specific tasks. • Optimize generative AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Red-teaming to validate application robustness and precision. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new product offerings. • Stay abreast of developments in AI and machine learning fields and suggest implementations of new technologies. • Design and develop APIs for AI model interaction. • Build clear documentation for developed models and systems for internal and external use. • Fix and resolve issues arising from AI applications.

Who You'll Work With

• You will be part of the FSO engineering team, building AI/ML solutions. Engineers and define the “how” part of the solution.
• TDHE platform, security, release engineering, and support teams to deliver the product.
• You run what you build, you will support the SRE/PRE teams in ensuring the smooth running of the product.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years Technical Leadership
• 5+ years’ experience in AI/ML development, focusing on generative models.
• 5 years’ experience in Prompt engineering and prompting frameworks like: ReAct
• Chain-of-thought, and tree-of-thought. Understanding of tools like LangChain, Guidance and vector databases like pinecone.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience managing and evaluating neural network training using frameworks like Lightning and Hydra on GPU clusters
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with tools and libraries such as pandas, numpy, spacy, nltk, and scikit
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps principles
• Experience with software development standard processes and agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
