Job Description

What You’ll Do:

You will develop data, insights, and AI-powered applications to power the Cisco sales organization. In this role, you will define architecture and execution for new and existing platforms, applications, and data science capabilities aimed at providing insights and knowledge for Cisco sales teams. You will lead a team of data engineers, data scientists, and application developers.

Who You’ll Work With 

You’ll be part of the Enterprise AI organization within Cisco’s Data & Analytics Office. You’ll work with data scientists, engineers, product managers, sellers, and operations leaders. Together we’ll use AI to augment Cisco’s tools and processes to modernize our selling motions.

Qualifications for this Role Are

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software engineering 
• 2+ years of experience in data science, AI, or advanced statistical fields
• Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytics to a non-technical audience.
• Exceptionalwriting and speaking skills. Strong ability to persuade and influence business leaders. 
• At least BS/BA degree in an engineeringor highly quantitative degree.
