As Head of Data Science, you will lead a central team to partner with our product teams to simplify complex enterprise IT workflows. You will help these teams leverage the industry’s largest cloud managed networking platform and dataset to build features using data science and machine learning methods. Your team will focus on providing the organization with access to clean data, robust shared tooling, and expertise in solving the right problems with the right techniques.
We are looking for a proven data science leader with experience and interest in building top-performing teams, guiding the application of data science and machine learning methods, an eye and passion for data quality, and the ability to connect analytics to business impact.
This role reports to the Meraki Head of Engineering (CTO/VP) and will work closely with Product Management as well as other senior leaders across Meraki. Strong communication skills and the ability to be a strategic partner are a must.
This role can be fully remote (or based out of one of our offices)!
