We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team in our Supply Chain organization. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the insights they need to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

* Collect and organize data from various sources

* Drive and document metric definitions, data, and visualization requirements for projects

* Engage in data governance initiatives aimed at upholding data standards and adhering to best practices

* Analyze data using statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive insights and make predictions

* Identify trends and patterns in datasets and communicate synthesized data results

* Create reports and dashboards that are easy to understand and interpret

* Articulate captivating stories derived from data insights

* Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide them with insights they need to make informed decisions

* Create and implement machine learning models to enable predictive analytics

* Investigate algorithms to streamline workflows and elevate decision-making capabilities

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automatio

* Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in data analysis, such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence or a related field

* Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Engineer, or similar role.

* Proficiency in SQL.

* Proficiency in Python and experience with ML and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Mathplotlib, etc.)

* Knowledge of statistics including hypothesis testing and probability distributions.

* Experience in ML and data science techniques (e.g., regressions, decision trees, ensemble algorithms, neural networks, time series analytics, clustering, text analytics, etc.)

* Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.

* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Qlik.

* Knowledge in data architecture, data warehousing and ETL pipelines.

* Excellent data storytelling and data communication skills in English.

* Ability to define and create key performance indicators and metrics relevant to projects’ objectives.

* Strong documentation skills, ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation for data requirements for projects.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have:

* Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

* Familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

* Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain data and processes.

* Project Management experience.
