What You'll Do

As Director of Product Management, you have a strong mix of product management, technology, and AI domain competence, coupled with strategic vision and proven execution. You will mentor senior product managers towards new incubation efforts in alignment to current and future AI based product offerings. You will define and lead overall AI/ML product strategy and roadmap and understand industry trends and competitive landscape relating to overall AI domain.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering in defining an operating model for executing the product roadmap – including defining Agile Framework for execution, resource planning, funding, prioritization, and phased approach of business commit to drive, project/product development.

• Conduct market feasibility & readiness, assessment, industry research, Track VC & startup community in addition to following what large innovative companies are doing in the AI space.

• Take complete ownership for the “Product-Market” fit.

• Define the criteria for ideal customer for MVP and actively participate in defining GTM, working with key partners.

• Establish Milestones & Metrics to evaluate the success and failure of the project.

Who You Are

This role requires strong communication skills, independent judgment, forward-thinking, utmost integrity, and trust as well as bringing balance to both strategic and tactical actions. Innovation and strategy should be part of your DNA and the ambition to change the industry. You have a track record in creating product strategies, crafting and implementing new offers, contributing to portfolio simplification and transformation. You Have:

• Engineering degree required; Masters’ degree strongly preferred

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management, strategy, or consulting role

• Experience in AI technologies

• Understanding of the emerging trends in customer needs around AI

• Experience defining epics and writing user stories as well as design thinking and UX/UI best practices

• Real world experience developing and launching AI products in distributed and large-scale environment
