Business facing finance team supporting Partner finance for APJ region.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate in Engineering
• PG or Certification in Data Analytics / Data Science
• 12 to 14 years’ experience of Business Analytics/Data Analytics in Supply Chain
• Hands on Experience on ERP (Oracle, SAP) with excellent written & verbal communication skills, business acumen and program management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills, Knowledge on Tableau Other analytical tools/ BI softwares
• Experience in Data analytics using SQL, Python etc.
• Experience in HW Manufacturing / Product development industry is preferred

High Level Responsibilities:

• Drive Analytics Projects/ Tasks, developing joint analytical approaches, Mentoring team members, Project/task execution
• Use data to find opportunities to improve Cost Operations/E2E Cost, Reduce Cost Gaps, enable deeper analysis on cost negotiations
• Enable task automation
• Build recommendation models to influence business decisions
• Generating Reports on status & identifying gaps.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Business Knowledge on Supply Chain & Sourcing/Supplier management function within supply chain.
• 5-7 years’ experience in analytical role
• Experience in Python, Sql or other scripts
• Experience in Tableau or other BI tools
• Knowledge on ERP & RFQ management software’s like SAP, Oracle, Ariba etc…
• Overall knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures with basic understanding of manufacturing industry
