Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years' experience in software engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in AI/ML development, focusing on generative models.
• 3 years’ experience in Prompt engineering and prompting frameworks like: ReAct
• Chain-of-thought, and tree-of-thought. Understanding of tools like LangChain, Guidance and vector databases like pinecone.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience managing and evaluating neural network training using frameworks like Lightning and Hydra on GPU clusters
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with tools and libraries such as pandas, numpy, spacy, nltk, and scikit
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps principles
• Experience with software development standard processes and agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
