Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and develop end-to-end products to enable easy adoption of generative AI for enterprises.

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product managers, applied scientist, other engineers and to identify and implement the most effective solutions.

• Design and build services and integrations for ML pipelines for LLM fine-tuning, prompt tuning and engineering, Benchmarking and RAG for various generative AI model.

• Mentor and lead technical team to develop and deliver Generative AI products.

• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in the AI/ML and apply them in developing innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Practical experience in developing, training, and deploying AI models in real-world applications and knowledge of deep learning frameworks.

• Understanding and hands on experience in Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Computer vision, Image Processing, and other generative AI techniques.

• 15+ years engineering experience with a consistent track record of developing and delivering complex, distributed, enterprise class software, and create successful business outcomes.

• 8+ years programming experience in Java, C++, Python or other related languages.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• Highly driven leader that is known to deliver in high growth and highly dynamic environments.

• Ability to lead and mentor engineers globally, be an advocate for creative technical trends. Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving challenges and ensuring follow through.

• Extraordinarily resourceful & rigorous, you can operate successfully among forward-thinking and charismatic people.

• Equally comfortable and capable of interacting with technologists as with business executives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
