The Client Operations Delivery Analyst drives efficiency in operational processes with a focus on removing friction for stakeholders, improving productivity and ensuring positive customer experience and maintaining data quality. Within Pricing Operations, the Client Operations Delivery Analyst is responsible for working with cross-functional Cisco stakeholders to support the operational setup and maintenance of pricing, discounting, and incentive data to ensure accurate pricing and discounting is applied in the ordering tools. The individual will serve as point of contact for managing, tracking, reporting and resolving issues, with a focus on the incentive discount data.The Client Operations Delivery Analyst uses standard methodologies and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes, policies, services, and practices.
The Data Operations team within the Client Experience Services organization manages the data and business operations for pricing, discounting, and service contract data across Cisco. In the Data Operations team, this role will specialize in the preparation, management, and analysis of data and data platforms as it pertains to pricing, discounting, and service agreements across Cisco. The Data Science Analyst will design, develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services. The Data Science Analyst will use standard methodologies and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve data processes, policies, services, and practices.
