Job Description

Experience: Bachelor degree in computer science or related areas with 4-8 years. Or masters with 3-5 years of experience. Or PhD with 3-4 years of experience.

As a Senior Lead engineer, the skill set required are:

1. Thorough understanding of software development life cycle.

   2. Thorough understanding of algorithms and data structures.

   3. Experience in developing software applications related to Avionics/aerospace. 

2. Good python programming skills. Having C++ is plus

   5. Good understanding of Verification and Validation approach using DO-178C.

3. Able to build these architectures using any popular deep learning framework

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Build robust and scalable machine learning and path finding based applications by adhering to high coding standards.

   2. Communicate the work done with thorough documentation.

   3. Candidate is expected to take ownership of the work assigned and will be provided with guidance whenever required.

   4. Since this is a dynamic field, candidate is expected to learn new techniques/algorithms/architectures with Deep Learning and Machine Learning domain and willing to share the knowledge with the team.

Optional skills:

1. Experience in DevOps on cloud or on-prem.

2. Basics in Machine Learning and Deep learning based applications.

2. Any work publicly available or hosted in GitHub or elsewhere, please share the links to the interviewer or walk us through in the interview.

3. Any experience in building applications using large language models.
