Job Description

You will join the Customer Services department. We are responsible for the management of all after sales activities from Airbus Cabin Electronics’ and KID Systeme GmbH’s products. Both companies are fully owned by Airbus. Customer Services consists of 80 employees distributed in 4 operational teams across Europe and Middle East.

In this position you report directly to the Head of Customer Services and you have the possibility to drive changes and have a real business impact on the satisfaction of our airline customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You support and enable our operational teams to take data driven decisions and to simplify internal processes.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define spares prices in accordance to internal policies and contractual agreements. Maintain these in our ERP system.
• Generate yearly pricing catalogues for material and services
• Monitor commercial margins of spares and repair services
• Prepare comprehensive analysis to support repair services monitoring and control.
• Suggest and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to airline operator's satisfaction and service delivery metrics
• Calculate and report reliability data for our products. Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to the product operation and customer experience
• Define and develop small business tools to simplify operational tasks
• Support and test enhancements in SAP (modules SD, MM, PP, CO)
• Perform some business controlling tasks: administration of project accounts, allocations, support financial budgeting, etc.
• Occasionally: provide training on business tools to other team members

YOU BRING:

• Completed university degree in computer sciences, business management, engineering, supply chain, data science or a comparable work experience
• You enjoy working in a very international environment and sharing your knowledge
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Experience in customer services operations, procurement, pricing will be valued but it is not mandatory
• Strong analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture
• Proficiency in data analysis programming languages such as SQL, Excel VBA, Python, R, or similar tools is desirable
• Good knowledge of Gsuite applications and a basic understanding of SAP- MM, SD, PP modules is a plus
• High level of energy and persistence
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High professional integrity and ethical standards
• Business fluent English is mandatory. German and other languages (desirable)

Extensive SAP S/4 HANA training will be provided as part of our migration project. You also have the chance to complete a data analyst certification as part of your development in this job.
