As part of a school course in initial training , you are looking for a compulsory internship or integrated into a gap year , lasting a maximum of 6 months , allowing you to validate your year .

An internship offer entitled “ Internship in Data Science acoustic panel line (f/m) ” has just opened within Airbus Atlantic on its Nantes site .

Your internship will consist of developing data analysis methods and tools on the Acoustic Panel line & more generally on the entire Nantes site.

This internship will start in March 2023 (date subject to flexibility) and will last 6 months.

This position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities

Duties and Responsibilities :

You will be under the responsibility of a tutor who will help you identify your professional goals and support you in developing your skills.

In this context, your main activities will be the following:

• Build data models in response to industry needs
• Extract and integrate structured and unstructured data from various databases
• Develop, test and implement the analytical models needed to identify relevant correlations or trends
• Regularly analyze and improve the reliability of data models
• Communicate results through powerful and easy-to-understand visualizations adapted to different audiences
• Be the interface between the functions, the data ecosystem and the required solutions
• Preparing the function to be used independently 
• Coach functions on a data-driven mindset
• Manage the project in Agile-Scrum mode (sprint, backlog planning, feedback, etc.) 
• Actively contribute to sharing best practices, techniques and issues with the Data community

 This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

• Enrichment of knowledge in data analysis
• In-depth knowledge of the aeronautical environment
• Work in a team in a multi-national environment

Skills & Prerequisites :

You are currently preparing a diploma at Bac +4/5 level (or equivalent) in the field of Data Science or a related discipline.

You have the following skills:

• Python/R/Spark/SQL programming knowledge
• Knowledge of Data Analyst & Artificial Intelligence tools (NLP, Neural Network, Labeling, Deep Learning, Machine learning, etc.)
• Knowledge of Data Visualization solution development (Google Data Studio, Qliksense) & augmented reality
• Ability to structure your work and have a problem-solving approach
• Good adaptation, curiosity and ability to learn new technologies required
• Positive attitude with change and variety of viewpoints
• With interpersonal skills and good communication skills, in particular to make technical concepts understandable for different audiences
• Recognized for your organizational and collaborative skills
• Language skills :
