Job Description

• Manage and lead a team of security architects to develop and maintain the security architecture for Cybersecurity Defense & Incident Response, Cybersecurity Data Science domains.
• Guide strategic architecture direction focusing on Cybersecurity Defense & Incident Response product and journey-based architecture working in close collaboration with our Engineering domains for both internal users and external customers. 
• Collaborate and consult with executive/senior leadership partners to understand business and technology needs and goals as those pertain to Cybersecurity Defense, and to influence and evolve innovative, effective and comprehensive Cybersecurity Defense strategy.
• Identify information security, compliance, and risk management requirements for supported areas.
• Guide the development of architecture specification for Cybersecurity Defense & Incident Response and Cybersecurity Data Science products and services
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
• Lead component architecture development and participate in enterprise architecture activity with a focus on Cybersecurity
• Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
• Provide regulatory support
• Work under minimal supervision
• Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff.
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Architecture & Engineering
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Technology Architecture & Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ years of Information and Cyber Security architecture experience
• 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in product and journey based architecture and strategy
• Experience designing architecture and implementing technology solutions in Cybersecurity Defense and Cybersecurity Data Science domains domains. 
• Knowledge and understanding of core Cybersecurity Defense domains such as Logging, Monitoring, Response, Cyber Resiliency, Data Loss Prevention, and Endpoint Security technologies
• Knowledge and understanding of core Cybersecurity Data Science domains such as Security Incident & Event Management, Security Orchestration Automation and Response and applicable AI/ML models
• Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, Cybersecurity Defense & Cybersecurity Data Science leadership, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams in a change driven environment.
• Ability to manage initiatives related to the following: architecture roadmap that aligns with business strategy and the broader architecture community; capacity planning, consolidation and rationalization; related emerging technology assessment and incubation.
• Experience with Agile.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Annual
