Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Management Analyst who will work as a senior business & data analyst to support Legal & Compliance business partners in the design and development of technology tools to facilitate the regulatory change and inventory management process

In this role, you will:

• Drive development of conceptual data models, data flow diagrams and analytics & reporting requirements supporting Regulatory Inventory and Change Management processes and applications
• Lead detailed analysis of regulatory change and inventory management processes and data, including integration points with downstream Compliance, Testing & Validation and RCSA
• Document and maintain object and data model supporting business requirement backlog and aligning with Compliance data management strategy
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance stakeholders to capture and prioritize business requirements in Jira backlog
• Contribute to UI/UX design, including developing wireframes/screen mock-ups to facilitate sessions with end users to refine UX requirements
• Drive and participate in UAT, including test scripts development and coordination of UAT execution
• Serve as point of contact for Legal, Compliance Tech & Analytics team on agile ceremonies, ensuring Compliance's view of priority for story implementation is communicated
• Develop and generate reporting on design, development, and UAT progress
• Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
• Work closely with our business partners to analyze and resolve all issues and inquiries

Required Qualifications, US:

• 7+ years of Data Management and Business Analyst experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Data Management and Software Design, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• A BS/BA degree or higher
• Strong data analytics skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
• Familiarity with data mining and data science concepts
• Experience with data modeling and data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau)
• 2+ years of experience with JIRA
• 2+ years of compliance and regulatory systems experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Good problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities

• Ability to work outside of regular business hours

Pay Range

$133,300.00 - $237,100.00 Annual
