In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Apply technology background in software engineering, data architecture, multi Cloud platform management, DevOps, CI/CD, and Continuous Testing to deliver and introduce new technology capabilities and drive DevOps value in a multi-cloud technology landscape with focus on test data management:
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Development of target architecture for test data, standards and best practices
  • Develop approach, lead hands on implementation and adoption plan for Test data management as part of environment on demand solution which includes:
  • Test data requirements analysis (blueprinting)
  • Analyze and develop complex logical database designs, logical data models and relational data definitions.
  • Test data delivery orchestration and integration into CICD pipeline
  • Creating test data catalog and data searching reuse capabilities
  • Integrate test data solution with test scenarios as part of BDD
  • Build serf service test data capabilities that is adequate for shift-left and CI/CD
  • Drive test data solution adoption across WIMT LOB
  • Work with enterprise partners to leverage and adopt enterprise wide solutions
  • Integration and automation of -Environment On Demand- solution with Ci/CD to enable continues testing which should become self service capability for app dev teams
  • Orchestrate required infra based on manifest, deploy code, set up service virtualization, config, set up right data, run automated testing, collect evidence, shut down environment
  • Develop and measure adoption and productivity metrics


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience with both in creating capabilities, driving large scale adoption and measuring results.
  • 5+ years of database experience with at least two of the following platforms: MSSQL, MongoDB, DB2 LUW, Teradata, or Oracle (Oracle and MongoDB is preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with one or more industry standard TDM tools like Delphix, IBM Optim, Informatica, CA TDM
  • 3+ year of experience in developing test data management solutions and adoption at scale: database virtualization, synthetic data generation/automation, data cataloging, data sub setting.
  • 4+ years of scripting and automation experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with integrating test ata solution part of testing BDD and CICD is a big plus.
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • Experience with one or more software development languages: Ruby, Python, JSON – Add from required
  • Data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality
  • Experience with Cloud technologies: AWS, GCP, PCF, PKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Azure, Windows, VMware
  • Masters degree or higher in computer science or finance Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with one or more Testing Frameworks: Selenium, JMeter, Blazemeter, Performance Center, Perfecto, Cucumber, Gherkin, ALM, Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, Simian Army, Toxi Proxy
  • Knowledge of one or more additional capabilities: AIOps (Moogsoft, BigPanda, UIpath), Robotic Processing, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) Frameworks, Capacity Management
