Your diverse tasks

• Active design of the digital innovation journeys of our industrial customers from brainstorming to implementation
• Moderation of creative workshops in our Digital Innovation Labs with a focus on Smart Factory
• Design and development of innovative MVPs using Industrial IoT, Data Analytics and AI
• Sub-project management of multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment (Design Thinking, SCRUM, DevOps)
• Participation in project acquisitions
• Cooperation with Atos partner companies (especially Google, Microsoft and AWS)

What sets you apart

You enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with complex customer situations, facts and data structures in order to increase the business value for our customers.

• University degree, preferably Masters
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a consulting environment for the manufacturing industry or in an industrial company
• In-depth knowledge of current Industrial IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics and AI technologies in the Smart Factory environment as well as corresponding certifications on Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of current manufacturing challenges and trends as well as future technologies
• Many years of project management experience and expert knowledge in the field of design thinking and agile methods
• Experience in leading sub-project teams
• Fluent German and English skills
