• Qualified and independent advice, conception and implementation of solutions in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and TextAnalytics (TA) taking into account integration aspects and the integration of cognitive solution components for national and international customers
• Responsible for the requirements analysis, holistic view, technical evaluation and cost estimation of alternative solutions, planning and implementation of the solutions including testing and training
• Independent and cross-team coordination and presentation of decision templates for the design of processes and target architectures at management level
• Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and set development guidelines
• Responsibility for task and team planning/controlling within the framework of the required standards, methods and tools
• Responsibility for the documentation of work using the required standards, methods & tools
• Holding customer/user presentations and workshops
• Cooperation with internal and external contacts at execution and management level as well as with near and offshore teams
• Proactive generation of business opportunities and technical responsibility for individual activities in cooperation with sales
• Knowledge transfer, coaching and / or training Atos internally and at customers

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of business informatics, computer science, mathematics, engineering with several years of professional experience, alternatively completed IT vocational training with many years of professional experience
• Many years of professional and project experience (~ 5 years) in the field of NLP/TA in consulting, conception and implementation of solutions
• Practical experience in using NLP/AI tools based on Python such as NLTK, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, Gensim, scikit-learn or in the cloud environment (Google NL API, Microsoft Cognitive Services or AWS Text Analytics API)
• Knowledge of topics such as transformers, use of knowledge graphs, methods in the field of text mining, operationalization of AI models
• Basic knowledge in the field of robotic process automation and/or chat or voice bots would be advantageous
• Experience in the manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, electronics or healthcare sectors and knowledge of business contexts and business processes
• First experiences in project management and in the technical guidance of teams
• Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Personally, you impress with your focus on results and your ability to work in a team
• Holistic, networked, solution-oriented thinking
• You are communicative, think entrepreneurially and act responsibly
• You have a high degree of customer orientation and willingness to travel within Germany
