Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing advanced analytics projects.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in LLM techniques and generative AI, with experience deploying large-scale LLM systems in production environments.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques, and experience using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries, such as spaCy, NLTK, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience training and deploying deep learning models.
• Experience with distributed computing systems, such as Hadoop, Spark, or other big data technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior data scientists.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about complex business problems.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science projects, from ideation to deployment, that solve complex business problems and drive strategic decision-making.
• Apply state-of-the-art LLM techniques to solve complex business problems, such as natural language understanding and generation, language translation, sentiment analysis, and conversational agents.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and architectures that enable efficient data processing, storage, and analysis.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms that leverage machine learning and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large and complex datasets.
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of different models and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, data engineers, and software developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and lead junior data scientists, providing technical guidance, feedback, and support to enable their professional growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the fields of data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply these to solve business problems.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to bring the insights to life.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and ethical standards, and maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy.
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
• Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of their performance
