Job Description

We are seeking Conversational AI Developer with expertise in KORE.AI platform.

You will be working for one of the largest aircraft manufacturer, implementing newest solutions based on below technical requirements.

Specifically in bot development and JavaScript.

Perfectly you will be able to design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions and integrate them with various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions using the KORE.AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
• Build chatbots and virtual assistants that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Customize conversational flows and dialogues based on specific business needs.
• Integrate chatbots with various channels and platforms, such as websites, mobile applications, and messaging platforms.
• Develop and maintain conversational AI features, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
• Test and debug conversational AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bot developer, conversational AI developer, or similar role.
• Expertise in KORE.AI platform and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
