Job Description

• Responsibility for the further development of the go-to-market strategy and the consulting portfolio in close coordination with the Manufacturing Industry Leadership Team
• Responsible for generating orders from new and existing customers in cooperation with the sales team, also in the form of cold calls
• Responsible for the establishment / expansion of a customer network at management level in the manufacturing industry
• Participation in the creation of offers, presentation of offers to customers and the development of account strategies 

Business Management

• Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Industry 4.0 Management Consulting Team with a focus on Digital Transformation Program Management, Cloud, Industrial IoT, Data Analytics and AI
• Responsibility for the entire performance and service provision of the Industrial IoT, AI & Data Analytics journeys of our customers from brainstorming to implementation
• Responsibility for achieving the goals and budgets of the responsible area
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the business order and the business processes in the area of ​​responsibility
• Recruiting, coaching and training of team members

project management

• Independent (multi) project management, especially in the development and implementation of innovative MVPs with a focus on innovative Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory solutions 
• Responsible for the coordination and guidance of project teams in an agile environment (Design Thinking, SCRUM, DevOps)
• Facilitation of creative workshops in our AI Labs
• Responsible for establishing a partner network and cooperation with Eviden partner companies (e.g. Google, Amazon and Microsoft)

Requirements

• Very good university degree in engineering, computer science, economics or comparable, ideally with an MBA
• At least 15 years of professional experience in management consulting for the manufacturing industry or as a manager in an industrial company
• Existing customer network in the manufacturing industry, especially in the production environment and to Partners (especially Google and Microsoft)
• In-depth knowledge of current cloud, data analytics and AI technologies in the Smart Factory environment
• Knowledge of current manufacturing challenges and trends as well as future technologies
• Many years of project management experience and expert knowledge in the field of design thinking and agile methods
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, proactivity
• Management experience/quality, team coaching, teamwork
• Cooperative approach, inspiration and open-mindedness
• Fluent German and English skills
