Our team and your role at Eviden Public Sector and Defense Consulting:

In the Eviden-Public area, a highly specialized team works in the future technologies and processes of public administration and in the area of internal and external security in Germany. We are characterized by both our strategic and conceptual competence and, in particular, our implementation strength. We learn from the new technologies and offer regular professional training opportunities as a career booster. In our young, dynamic, interdisciplinary and very successful defense consulting team, we work agilely with a high degree of creative freedom, develop the market and the portfolio using structured R&D activities and are therefore front runners, especially for our customers, but also internally.

As an AI consultant in the public sector and defense sector, you will support our customers in the analysis and design of data, services and processes and implement them in AI models. You support the acquisition and implementation of consulting projects to the satisfaction of our customers. You participate in the internal design of our competitiveness by developing know-how, content, methods, structures and networks.

Your activities:

• Advising customers with increased security requirements in the public sector (focus on defense)
• Development of AI/ML models
• Design and development of MVPs
• Advice on the creation of training data and the development of quality standards
• Development of procedures to increase robustness
• Development of procedures to create transparency of the functionalities of AI models (Explainable AI)
• Implementation of innovation projects, including workshops together with the customer
• Cooperation and, if necessary, leadership of interdisciplinary project teams in an agile environment (Design Thinking, SCRUM, DevOps)
• Participation in tenders

What you should bring with you:

• A degree in computer science/business informatics, mathematics/statistics, data science;
• Luxury: Master's degree AI/ML
• Desirable: Previous knowledge of AI / ML or experience in the areas of data science/statistics/AI, such as
• Understanding of modelling, analysis and processing of data
• Creation of models and training
• Programming knowledge in Python, Tensor Flow etc. / or similar.
• Understanding of the changing AI technologies, business models and processes in the course of digital transformation; 
• Enjoy building trusting customer relationships
