Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, enhancing, and implementing models to delve deep into our workforce data.
  • Boosting AI/Machine Learning capability within the team, using the latest methods and tools to extract insights from text, behavioral, sentiment, and network data.
  • Developing and deploying data solutions and products that meet defined and repeatable needs.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our client-facing teams to address business needs, providing solutions that are as insightful as they are actionable.
  • Collaborating with IT, Data Science community, and HR Operations to amplify data science capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Acting as an AI/Machine Learning expert, advising HR colleagues and end users on the best usage within the HR domain.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in a data science or advanced analytics role (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 4 years)
  • Expertise using R, Python, and SQL to execute a solid portfolio of data science projects involving statistical inference, traditional machine learning, and deep learning approaches.
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing and/or network analysis methods and techniques.
  • Proven leadership in team project settings.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Databricks, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Openness to coaching and learning from team members with different specializations.
  • Exceptional initiative, curiosity, communication skills, and a team-first orientation.
  • Demonstrated interest in projects focused on the workforce.

Preferred:

  • Experience building visualization tools such as R Shiny, Spotfire, or Power BI.
  • Ability to manage relationships, influence non-technical stakeholders, and tell a great data story.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews and leverage external research to stay on top of best practices in data science for human capital management.
  • Understanding of HR data, processes, information systems, and governance.
  • Familiarity with product management and agile methodologies.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday – plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.
