Job Description

Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to perform the duties listed above while demonstrating the skills, experience, and competencies necessary to be highly effective in the role. These skills and competencies include:

• Partner with data scientists and developers to ensure data is made available in a timely manner
• Collaborates with analytics peers and business stakeholders to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through data cleaning, validation, and testing.
• Implement security and privacy controls to protect sensitive data.
• Create and oversight of systems and processes to monitor data quality, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of data stored in the ITRMS data lake.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
• Work within the Amazon Web Services cloud environment to deliver extract, load and transform (ELT) data pipeline services.
• Design data integrations and data quality framework.
• Build out scalable data pipelines and choosing the right ETL technology for the job, Manage, optimize, and monitor data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Is fully accustomed to working in an agile SDLC environment and familiar with unit and integration testing, and documentation of new and updated processes.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as computer science, engineering, math, or statistics is preferred however work experience will be considered.
• Possession of excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of scripting to support data requirements.
• Heavy, In-Depth Database Knowledge – SQL and NoSQL
• Demonstrate an advanced level of understanding of how the Agile framework can support the creation of value, and how to achieve it in the real world.
• Work cross-functionally with the teams building, value definition, and supporting the product line
• Have a team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday – plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

• $80,320.00 - $126,500.00
