Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

Our Company’s enterprise Machine learning & MLOps platform is called ADA (Advanced data analytics) and is positioned to serve data scientists and ML Engineers across the organization. ADA’s mission is to build platform, capabilities and products that will make our Company’s data science users extremely productive and democratize the use of AI & machine learning in support of intelligent, data and intelligence supported business decisions.ADA is a new Eco-system and team’s primary focus right now is to build the foundation. ADA consists of three major technologies, AWS Sagemaker, Databricks and Dataiku. ADA manages these different technologies like independent products


Responsibilities:

  • As a product manager, Act like the CEO for one or more products, be responsible for growing the desk by demonstrating entrepreneurial-ship & lean startup principles.
  • Fully own the product business case, P&L, adoption, product strategy and product vision & product life cycle.
  • Work with peer product managers, user enablement and adoption team to establish demand management, product management and evangelism strategies.
  • Own the product roadmap and oversee engineering function to execute on the roadmap with product owners.
  • Bring product innovation ideas to leadership team and execute POCs to test out ideas with user base.
  • Establish Adoption metrics, value realization metrics and OKRs for the product and work with adoption team to measure them and use them as data points for product centric decisions.
  • Create a productized, customer focused operational and engagement model.
  • Develop high-level cost estimates to help guide the investment decisions and efforts to secure funding.
  • Own the product budget from forecast, execution and investment decision standpoint.
  • Do Market research to identify existing solutions internally and externally and decide in terms of buy Vs build.
  • ?Identify new feature needs and establish business value preposition around requested feature.
  • Work with partners to develop and maintain long-standing relationships and leverage these relationships to augment resources to execute on the project.
  • Establish product adoption metrics, product success criteria and product pivot points and help “User Enablement team” measure those. Use these metrics on a frequent basis to make product decision.
  • ?Lead the product teams to enable solutions to support divisional analytics needs.
  • Be the single point of accountability for the design & delivery of the product that may need many platform and competency center resources.
  • Provides input to the other teams to guide the enterprise toward a target state as it relates to supported line of business.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience.
  • 3+ years of product management and/or product ownership experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in data enablement, data analytics and data integration/processing.
  • 2+ years of experience with Machine learning, data science and artificial intelligence project and product life cycle.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing product teams, including engineering functions, demand management process, voice of customer, stakeholder management and defining and measuring product success via KPIs and OKRs.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise grade data management and machine learning platform. 
  • Good understanding of AWS eco system and various capabilities and services like S3, Step function, Lambda etc.
  • Proven record of accomplishments in major or enterprise level projects.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies like agile, etc.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
  • Strong business acumen, and easy rapport with senior executives.
  • Good at managing diverse relationships across expertise, geography and culture. Ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Good understanding of MLOps processes, life cycle and modern tool kit.
  • MLOps and Data science capabilities on Databricks.
  • Exposure to R-Studio, SAS and associated eco system.
