Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst/ Data Scientist (Catalog) to contribute to the optimization of our Catalog systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge, industry experience, and creative problem-solving skills to drive data-driven insights and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop analytics and insights, success metrics, and dashboards to support the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business, to understand requirements and implement data-driven solutions for the catalog system's improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data structures for strategic analysis and insight.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in data analytics, contributing to the continuous evolution of the team's analytics capabilities.
Communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders in a clear, understandable, and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in data science, analytics-related field.
Demonstrated experience in working with large-scale data projects, preferably with complex algorithmic or Catalog systems.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as SQL, Python or R.
Experience with Data Science/Analytics tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Business)
