Responsibilities

Candidate must be comfortable with omics datasets, R and/or Python, and collaborating with other scientists. Responsibilities include analyzing data, contributing to research papers, interacting with multidisciplinary research teams, and contributing to development of novel computational methods as needed. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled/matriculated in a PhD program at an accredited college. 
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cancer biology
• Familiarity with transcriptomics, proteomics, or other ‘omics style datasets
• Baseline familiarity with AI related algorithms and approaches
