Job Description

  • Understand business & market requirements and standardize & augment analytics frameworks / dashboards to key stakeholders including UI/UX, operations, BU eCom partners, BU marketing, BU sales and Digital activation hub. Responsible for all analytics reporting programs for North American Market Health Systems eCom for Daily Management, Sales enablement programs and web analytics optimizations.
  • Develop and run ad hoc reports and analysis to answer business and operational questions when needed as part of strategic projects or specific problem-solving initiatives. Leverage our data to scale our ability to optimize eCommerce across the customer journey to optimize return on investment through analysis, modelling, experiments and pre-post analyses.
  • Leverage machine learning models to address key growth challenges such as lifecycle marketing, predictive LTV, cross-channel spend allocation, response modelling, campaign/channel performance measurement methodologies, Program effectiveness and media attribution.
  • Provides User / Customer Data (Advanced) Analytics for holistic insights creation from user/customer behavior and profiling data sources for proposition and experience journey development & optimization driving consumer engagement and lifetime value from our user / customer base. Calculates buying power of customers to gain insights into growth opportunities and applies customer intelligence to help define local market customer segmentation
  • Work closely with Global teams to maintain NAM analytics tools and communicate any material methodology updates and business changes to maintain data accuracy. Help track KPIs and targets, and measure the impact based on these selected KPIs. Define problem solving strategies and help determine next course of action to mitigate emerging risks and execute on emerging opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in digital & eCommerce platforms (required).
  • You have strong quantitative skills with experience utilizing SQL, Python, R for data gathering and analysis.
  • Your skills include utilizing BI tools for storytelling Ex: Power BI (Preferred), Tableau, etc. and you have professional knowledge of financial analysis, statistical methods, quantitative analysis. Advanced excel abilities with extensive use of key formulas, pivot tables and a deep understanding of how to cleanse data
  • You have Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree) in economics, business, computer science, engineering or related fields of study and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent analytical thinking to be able to interpret large amounts of information and synthesize insights (e.g., from order data, market intelligence reports, segmentation analysis, financial reports and in-depth market research studies) as well as the ability to effectively communicate the analysis and proposals to different audiences and senior management.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office / Remote position.
