Are you passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and business optimization? Join our dynamic Processes and Systems Excellence team as an intern and embark on an exciting journey to use AI in our business frameworks. We're seeking a motivated and curious individual to assist us in identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing AI use cases that range from simple to complex, ultimately revolutionizing the way we operate.

Your role:

• Create proofs of concepts that quickly create value for our business through application of various AI methods in our processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas for business framework optimization

• Learn and apply AI techniques, starting from fundamental concepts and progressing to advanced methodologies (starting from generative AI down to neural networks and data modelling)

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for leveraging generative artificial intelligence in a business context

• Contribute to the creation of data models and algorithms to drive actionable insights and process improvements

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student of Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to IT/ AI, available to work at least 25hours/ week

• Enthusiastic learner with a strong desire to explore the application of AI in real-world business scenarios with some experience in Python programming in AI context

• Nice to have: understanding of or experience in LangChain, RAG, RAGAS or similar frameworks; ability to create simple front-ends for users to interact with the prototypes; ability to process data and prepare it for AI use-cases (data scripting)

• Open-minded and curious, willing to explore unconventional solutions and think outside the box with strong willingness to learn on your own, adapt, and contribute actively to the team's success

• Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
