Job Description

The Senior Software Developer position provides the successful candidate with an immediate opportunity to be involved with the development of technology that is helping to save lives, improve patient outcomes and reduce the cost of medicine across the globe. The SSA will guide software development team in developing software solutions and integrating AI based algorithms into new medical applications for our mobile ultrasound product. The technology is a cornerstone in the Philips Health-Tech portfolio and has proven to be elusive to our competitors. As an international organization, Philips is well placed to offer a broad range of technical and leadership opportunities in various organizations throughout the world.

You're the right fit if:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years in software development/engineering including software architecture, requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
• Extensive experience with building, designing, and coding scalable mobile applications utilizing object-oriented programming languages (C++, Java) with medical imaging experience
• Experience developing APIs for mobile applications with a strong focus on Agile with quality deliverable output and medical quality development process background.
• Ability to identify and address technical debts to ensure software platform is scalable with mentorship and technical guidance to SW/Cross Functional Teams.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00- $220,000.00, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
