The Institute for Advanced Medicine (IAM) is seeking an Evaluation Manager to expand and implement effective monitoring and evaluation activities that measure the impact of HIV prevention and primary care clinical services and grant-funded programs. The Evaluation Manage will report to the Director of Quality Management and Evaluation and will assist with providing strategic direction for analytics and reporting. This position is a highly collaborative role that will work with the IAM senior leadership team, each of the five clinics within the Institute, the IAM data team, and the IAM’s Grant Programs Division. The Evaluation Manager oversees the development of monitoring systems and generation of reports including but not limited to HIV/AIDS care and prevention services and outcomes, population health management outcomes, and other relevant ambulatory and evidence-based improvement measures. The Evaluation Manager will develop effective and timely reports for stake holders at all levels.

This position requires a candidate with expertise in health-related data analysis and reporting, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a high level of organization and attention to detail. Requires strong presentation, facilitation, coordination and collaboration skills, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Experience working within health care or public health is strongly preferred.
Compensation Statement
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $78,884.00 - $118,326.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
