We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center either in San José, Budapest or Malaysia. What we do?

The Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization provides services to the Roche organization out of our Headquarters in Basel / Kaiseraugst and the three strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary) and San José (Costa Rica). This is a recently established and rapidly growing global organization with a follow-the-sun ambition to support Roche affiliates and Global functions worldwide. Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is a dedicated team in RSS within GCX, focused on delivering enhanced experience-centric services across the whole Roche organization, by enabling innovative solutions to ensure support excellence. Our team consists of technical, process and operational support professionals who collaborate with teams across Roche and with key 3rd party vendors, to define, create and provide support solutions for our customer facing organizations.

Summary

We are looking for a Knowledge Management Catalyst who will be responsible for designing, creating, maintaining and adopting Knowledge Management (KM) Processes/Strategies and to efficiently and effectively provide support services to internal and external Customers. You will give expert advice on knowledge management and co-create radical ideas to effectively provide value in the KM space. This role will interacts with local and global IT functions across the Informatics ecosystem, as well as with Finance & Procurement and Digital Healthcare Products related stakeholders to align, harmonize and automate knowledge-related activities as much as possible. More granularly, the role scope implies: the content/knowledge management strategy and lead the content architecture and strategy, frequent knowledge management monitoring through regular calibrations with the stakeholders, identification and execution of optimization opportunities (Continuous Improvement).

Your Responsibilities

  • Define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge practice in the different functional areas we serve
  • Work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.
  • Innovate in the use of new technologies in the KM process such as but not limited to: social media, artificial intelligence, chat bots, etc.
  • Lead, coach and develop the KM authors from each service in the scope assigned. Lead the KM Community of Practice.
  • Establish writing guidelines based on knowledge base best practices and develop the capabilities to ensure the KPIs are met.
  • Design, create/implement and maintain high level and detailed process artefacts (e.g. process flows/maps, SOPs, TOPs), or any other process required by the Business.
  • Market and promote the use of the KM best practices across the different customers.
  • Ensure there is standardization of the KM practices across the service canters and services.
  • Co-create with the product teams different solutions that will enhance the KM practice across our services.

What can you bring to our team?

To be a successful candidate, you fulfil 90% of all the following requirements:

  • You built a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a comparable position managing and supporting similar processes in a multinational environment, mainly in a virtual setup
  • You have advanced problem solving, conceptual/strategic thinking, being analytical, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Advanced communication and Interpersonal skills which include listening, negotiation, marketing, team working, writing, synthesis capacity, presentation skills and advertising.
  • Advanced information management Skills which includes content management, information processes, taxonomies, and IT/digital marketing applications.
  • Informatics/Computer Science Skills: Includes information architecture, digital marketing, social media management, video scripting and workflow.
  • You are fluent/bilingual in English, and a second language. Any other language is an asset.
  • Advanced strategic, entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the ability to think analytically and innovatively. Courageous, curious, creative and inspired by digital change/transformation with the capacity to think out of the box when the situation requires flexibility and speed.
  • ITIL or any Knowledge Management framework certifications
  • Scrum and agile methodologies understanding
  • Experience Implementing of Knowledge Management frameworks
  • Knowledge in Continuous Improvement techniques
