Job Description

As team member: You will be part of the Data and Analytics leadership team, you will work in a collaborative and agile environment, surrounded by other Automation & Data enthusiasts at the Roche Services and Solutions (RSS), building solutions for our Roche peers and ultimately impacting our patients. You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary and Malaysia. We operate in an agile organizational set-up without extensive hierarchical structure, where it is expected that all our employees lead from every seat. What you’ll be working on:

• Defining future needs, skills, capacity and sourcing of the Automation Chapter in collaboration with other automation and data science chapter leads and product owners

• People management tasks, including hiring, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding

• Ensuring a consistent promotion and job leveling process aligned with the sites the resources are located

• Ensuring best practices, governance and standards are applied globally and ensure knowledge is shared across the team and beyond

• Developing chapter capabilities, and overseeing their performance management

• Developing a vision and roadmap for skill development

• Coordinating with other chapters as needed and encourages future industry and technology tread capabilities throughout the Chapter

• Leading and contributing to strategic projects for the team and RSS

System related Skills:

• Experience leading projects using RPA Tools,Google Apps Scripts, SAP Scripting, Appsheet, AWS, GCP, VBA

Education

• University degree in IT, engineering, economics, or similar

• Management courses / MBA is a plus

Experience:

• 5+ year experience as a leader in the area of Software Development, Automation or equivalent in IT, and 7+ years experience overall

• Experience in project management and/or solution delivery and roll-out

• Experience leading global teams
