Leads the strategic framework and development of data governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain data quality and compliance. They orchestrate data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management, fostering transparency and accountability in data usage throughout the organization.
Plays a crucial role in shaping and leading the data science strategy and applies their strategic expertise to empower and facilitate forward-thinking decision-making. They work closely with business stakeholders and IT partners to ensure access to high-quality data while nurturing a data-driven culture that promotes experimentation and innovation.
Partners with peers within the Compensation and Data Excellence department to govern and maintain a single source of truth for critical business master data. This key leadership position plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data and business outcomes, and is instrumental in fostering a data-centric culture across the organization.
