Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze data in order to understand business performance and behavior of the Samsung Knox products and customers
• Work on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
• Generate data reports and business insights using Tableau and the latest machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
• Developing mathematical models for forecasting and defining the optimal strategy to drive for future business growth
• Developing data sources and ETL for the related data analysis and science project

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar formal education
• Proven 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge and skills in: statistics and data modeling, machine learning (ML) algorithms and libraries
• Ability to effectively communicate stakeholder requirements to data engineering team and follow up with data deliverables
• Excellent skills to operate database & data processing tools such as SQL, Spark, Airflow, AWS Redshift, Athena, Sage Maker etc.
• Experience in Data Mining, NLP, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization;
• Experience in data modeling and SQL/NoSQL DBMS;
• Solid programming skills in Python/R
• Good knowledge of Tableau, capable of preparing data source, dash board and data insights

Bonus Skills

• Software engineering skills, including methodologies, best practices and related tools;
• AWS certification and DevOps skills
• Knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages (Java, bash, Node JS etc.)
• Knowledge of various databases / database technologies - Oracle, Vertica or other columnar databases.
• Experience in mobile services for enterprise market and related services
• Knowledge of Azure, Google data cloud solution, or on premise data solution
