Job Description

Conduct behavioral analysis of samsung.com visitors and design experiences to improve conversion. Develop an idea from infancy and deliver a full functionality. Identify opportunities to personalize user experiences and prioritize backlogs. Define and measure KPIs to monitor website personalization program. Create dashboards to measure effectiveness of personalized website experiences. Work with cross functional stakeholders (software engineering, merchandising, product, marketing, operations, data science, and data engineering) to gather experiment requirements and ensure project milestones are met timely. Own experiment backlog and prioritize experiences based on forecast impact. Manage the website personalization experience. Help deliver the best-in-class experience to the end user, making their journey to purchase as smooth as possible. Work with data engineering team for customer segmentation, data architecture, data quality, and data governance. Work with data science team for creating recommendation systems and product preference models. Collaborate with engineering team and create personalized experiences using Adobe Target.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in product management with a consumer product.
• Experience must include using quantitative analysis in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and spend optimization;
• Tableau or Looker data visualization tools;
• Customer segmentation using statistical data modeling;
• developing features using user interviews and qualitative analysis;
• creating marketing strategies and design experience for consumer products; and designing KPIs, diagnostic metrics and benchmarks, including how to set effective targets to drive optimal outcomes.
