Your day-to-day: You will be part of the Mail Intelligence Product Team.

• Build product graphs and mail data taxonomies
• Understand consumers' personas, journeys and intention.
• Harness the power and capabilities of your platform to resolve user pain points and create business opportunities.
• Translate product & business goals into technical requirements.
• Analyze and draw key conclusions about the platform's quality from a user's perspective.
• Employ Machine Learning and AI at scale.
• Connect mail intelligence platform capabilities to key business OKRs and day-to-day metrics.
• Effectively work across many leading-edge technology areas and across multiple cross-functional partners to evangelize world class intelligence capabilities and pipelines.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally related to backend systems, AI/ML, and platform technical focused roles
• Ability to envision business impact for technical products.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. The ability to communicate complicated technical and scientific jargon in a seamless easy fashion to non-technical audiences. 
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills
• Highly collaborative team player, who thrives in a fast paced environment. 
• Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking.
• Solid understanding of software development, Software systems and familiarity with MLOps and ML development processes.
• Sufficient technical depth to succeed in a highly technical product role and earning the respect of world-class engineers and researchers.
• Passion for consumer products, and technical product management.

Preferable skills: 

• Experience with Information Retrieval, Content scanning, and Semantic Embeddings.
• Experience working with taxonomies and ontologies.
• Experience with employing AI/ML in consumer products space
• Experience with Cloud technologies

The compensation for this position ranges from $136,125.00 - $283,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
