Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Develops PowerBI reports and dashboards as per business requirements
• Works in close collaboration with product owners and business analysts to shape the Visualization designs.
• Explores new PowerBI features and recommends use of those features for better user experience.
• Works closely with Data Engineers for understanding the base data model and provides feedback for updating the data model for efficient reports
• Constantly monitors PBI performance and implements measures to improve performance.
• Expands knowledge of Data Engineering and Data Science concepts to fully appreciate the solution and constraints.
• Works towards reduce , reuse , recycle principle to achieve leaner and efficient reporting future.
• Analyzes Data Quality and performs improvement to Data Quality.
• Identifies the opportunities of automation in each of the process (either partial or full automation) and executes it with coding knowledge.
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in PowerBI reports development

Qualifications:

Skills:

• PowerBI certification and hands on experience in PBI development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts for better user experience.
• Strong sense of creativity and understand of design concepts – fonts, colors, ease of use etc.
• Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Machine Learning & ETL tools
• A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the Organization
• Good communications skills, written, spoken and visual.
• Must be able to perform recurring Operational activities and bring Continuous improvement therein.
• Able to deal with huge complexity and ambiguity in Data
• Comfortable working remotely with colleagues, manager, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to take on challenges.
