'Continuous Improvement

• Manage CI Competition at GFSS Pune
• Manage IDEA Program
• Facilitate CI Project Workshop (BPI / PDCA)
• Monitor CI Project Status
• CI Benefits Reporting
• Provide training / guidance on CI tools and methodologies
• Co-ordinate and lead key improvement projects
• Process Automation
• Suggest potential automation opportunities within CI Project or IDEAs
• Automate process using VBA, MS Access, SQL, SharePoint, Python, Selenium, Power BI, Web Business App Development
• Co-ordinate with IT partners to get the automation solution developed / deployed as needed
• Explore and leverage new technologies to transform/reengineer processes
• Data Analytics
• Dashboards System – Develop, own, maintain and integrate new KPIs, reports, predictions, alerts etc. in Dashboard System
• Develop touchless model for publishing automated analytical reports / dashboards by levering Python, SQL, R, Power BI and other emerging data science / digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Education level required Bachelor's or Masters Degree Years and area of experience required 7-9 Years experience in supporting medium to large size Continuous Improvement projects, Process standardization, Process Harmonization including experience in Project Management, CI Tools, Training Delivery etc. Technical Skills 5-7 years practical knowledge within Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay Finance Processes
• Strong knowledge & hands-on experience with process improvement discipline like Lean/Six Sigma
• Proficiency in VBA, MS Access, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Web Business App Development, Python, Selenium
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Knowledge of quality tools and approaches, necessary to establish the process improvement culture (Value stream mapping, Causes and Effect, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto, SIPOC, 8D, 5S, A3/A4 Status Report etc.) Soft skills Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops to assimilate, brainstorm and channelize ideas.
• Skilled in time, priority and task management.
• Interpersonal communications skills to interact with customers and team members, facilitate discussions, and exercise professional judgment as required.
• Strong managerial courage to challenge test plans and results.
• Self-managed, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
